TESTIMONIAL

“I've been job searching for a couple of months, and it's tough out there.

"It's easy to feel like just another resume in the pile, trying to bend yourself to fit whatever the job description wants.

“Scott reached out and offered to hop on a call, and I'm glad he did. His advice changed how I'm approaching my search.

“Instead of scrambling to check every box on a posting, he got me focused on who I am, what I'm good at, and what I bring that others don't. It was unique and simple, but it made real difference.

“And he wasn't just theorizing. He spoke from his own experience and shared how this has worked for him and others. He gave his time freely and genuinely wanted to help.

“At the end of our call, I told him that I wish I had learned this years ago. If you're job searching right now, talk to Scott. It's worth it.“

The Job Market Is A Sea of Sameness

People who are applying for jobs right now feel like they’re doing everything they can treading water to just stay afloat, just to get noticed.

And the reality is that it’s getting harder and harder to stand out and get your foot in the door.

What used to work, doesn’t seem to work anymore.

The Method I Came Across And Applied In My Own Life

Well, 20+ years ago, I stumbled across a method that revealed steps to help someone stand out in the marketplace.

I was intrigued by it, so I began putting it into action.

In the process, I began to see and hear others share a similar method.

And when I saw it mentioned directly and indirectly over and over, I realized the importance of this method.

But what really convinced me was when I got my current job with my current employer.

The Results

I realized that all of those steps I took had actually paid off and really did help me to stand out from others applying for the same role.

And after applying this method and these steps both before and still after I was hired, I’ve learned many dos and don’ts that I want to share with you.

Things Have Changed, But Some Things Remain

Look, I’m not saying that things aren’t very different from when I was hired.

For one thing, employers are using AI to screen candidates using ATS (applicant training systems) to scan resumes for keywords used to rank candidates.

But the method I used and want to teach you, what I’m calling PCM, is still useful and powerful.

It can still be used to help you stand out to both the ATS and HUMANS that are considering you.

Testimonial

“I got laid off after a successful 13 year Marketing career working for a prominent Fintech company.

“After working at the same place for such a long time, it’s hard to know what to do next and even how to feel about yourself: Who am I? What is my value? What do I do now?

“I met Scott within those 13 years and he has always stood out to me as a well-spoken, knowledgeable evangelist who took complex topics and made them relatable to any audience.”

“As we reconnected after I got laid off, Scott offered to discuss how to uniquely position oneself in the marketplace - I jumped on the opportunity!”

“Thanks to Scott sharing his personal journey, masterful insights, and strong concepts - I feel empowered and prepared to start my own personal positioning plan and turn an unwelcome surprise into a defining victory for my career.”

The Key Difference Behind This Method

The main thing I learned from this method was that if I really wanted to stand out, I needed to stop focusing on positioning myself in the marketplace based on WHAT and instead begin focusing on positioning myself based on WHO.

That’s the only way to go from a place of being another “me too” in the marketplace to a someone that stands out from the pack.

Here’s What I’ll Teach You In My Free Webinar

If you are willing to give me an hour of your time, then I will:

  • Share what I mean about changing your positioning from WHAT to WHO
  • Share my story of how I first stumbled into marketing over 20 years ago and began unintentionally (and later intentionally) focusing on my WHO positioning
  • Give you steps and lessons from my journey that you can apply to your journey
  • And show you how applying what I’m going to teach you will help you to have less competition and to stand out from the “me too” competition
  • We’ll also have Q&A if time permits

What You’ll Leave With

I’d love to share this info for no cost, just to help you.

When we’re through, you’ll be excited and motivated to take what I share with you and apply it in your own life.

DISCLAIMER:
This method isn’t meant to make someone with no knowledge, skills, and experience stand out from those who do.

It’s meant to help people who really do have knowledge, skills, and experience stand out from all of the others in the job market who can say “me too” to your list.

It’s meant to help you to have proof and a positioning that few others can match.

P.S. I’m going to teach you enough to leave and implement this on your own.

But some of you might want help and/or an incentive to get started afterwards, so I’m going to have a paid challenge for anyone who’s interested.

I can tell you more about it at the end of the webinar for anyone who’s interested.
(There’s no pressure from me for any of you to do it. It’s only for those who want more.)
